The hire fee for up to 24 teams of ten /twelve contestants starts from £2100 + Vat midweek, this also depends where you are based. We require a £500 + Vat deposit and the balance payable on the day. Prices quoted are all inclusive. We will supply all risk assesments for locol authorities and insurance for the event. We are a very safe show and only had one sprained wrist from the 2008 season out of the tens of thousands who entered our games.
Different schools require different shows. Sometimes the whole school takes part in different houses or colours. Sometimes we could cater for the juniors in the morning session and seniors in the afternoon.
Teams are taken round the course in groups of 6 teams of ten contestants. We can take 5 groups round at once. This way nobody is waiting around to play games. We play around 8 games.
We also can offer a websie dedicated to the whole event, team captains can download and customize thier entry form. We could have a forum to generate interest. They could view all photos of the event if they wished.
